After holding up a copy of President Barack Obama’s birth certificate to the camera, CNN’s Rick Sanchez doesn’t understand why some people don’t think he is a US citizen. “It might as well be bathroom tissue” to groups who are still disputing whether or not Obama is still a legal citizen of the United States. The ongoing issue has led to a Delaware Congressman’s meeting getting “hijacked” by someone who believes Obama is not an American citizen. Ben Ferguson says he has even “banned the topic” from his show. He adds “you can end this real quick if you’re Barack Obama.” But Sanchez, along with a guest from FactCheck.org, wants to put an end to this issue once and for all by sharing some proof backing up Obama’s citizenship.

PLease no hate replies I am merely pointing out an issue. THERE IS NO STAMP of authenticity on this piece of paper. Every birth certificate I have seen has a stamp on it. The area for the stamp on this piece of paper, the lower right corner is BLANK. I do not know if it is a Notary stamp or what but this does not have one. I also find it amusing that poor Barry, was able to live in Kenya, Indonesia and HI while having mommy teach him AND THEN get an Ivy League degree. Who else has done that?

The Constitution says NOTHING about parents.
That is a valid, legal, State Certified birth certificate. It is the only type that Hawaii has issued since 2001 when they had all their records converted to electronic format.

That is not a birth certificate. The Constitution say one must be a Natural Citizen with Natural Citizen Parents to run for office. The constitution is the constitution you cannot change it. Why should he? I agree, if he wanted to he could bully the HI DOH into violating their own policies and get them to give him the hospital original… but why should he? If he did that he would be criticized for misusing his powers as President. Plus, it’s always a bad idea for Presidents to capitulate to nutjobs throwing tantrums (which is essentially what birthers are). If he capitulates on this then what’s next? He will have to deal with REAL terrorists eventually….
