    Keith is right. Stand up; tell the Prez. that he has cowardly capitulated again and will again based on his past performance. That is democratic and patriotic. I voted for that spineless buffoon and I’ve writen the buffoon saying that he should resign; he’s not the man he pretended to be; he’s sold us out as did the majority of the re-elected Congress, except the Independents. The same economic climate exist today as before the Great Depression and it is going to take a Roosevelt to save us.

  2. msjedi307 says:

    obie OBIE! Where have you gone. GOod points. but clearly no idea about loyalty. You don’t just throw the baby out with the bath water. Hell none of our presidents would have last a year term. NO presidency is perfect, at least he is trying. YOu would do NO better but that is why you have a no HAD a tv show. wow

  3. VRRA4 says:

    What can people expect from Dick Cheney’s fifth cousin (Barack Hussein Obama)?

  4. Cfish79 says:

    Kieth is a racists for not agreeing with the preident… he should praise him and we should be at his feet. olbermann is a racist prick……..nyuck nyuck nyuck

  5. gerberakasbah says:

    Even if they paid the same percentage in taxes than everyone else (they already pay more than this), they’d be paying more. Say what you are actually saying without using bullshit language trickery. You are saying: people who work hard to earn more shouldn’t just pay a lot more than everyone else, they should pay a shitload more than everyone else. We have our hands out, and yet the President is not forcing the rich to fill them with cash. How about earning your money yourself?

  6. gerberakasbah says:

    It really shouldn’t matter whether or not “tax cuts” for the rich are going to be used to boost the economy or not. If you want to boost the economy then cut some redundant expenses or legalize and tax drugs, or god forbid, cut the military budget… do not try to fool people by changing the language of the argument. Saying “tax cuts” or “giving money to the wealthy” implies that the government is somehow giving the rich money. They aren’t. The rich already pay more than their share.

  7. xXJacobBuckXx says:

    We need you… Let’s hope he runs for a public office, in any role he could make a difference.

  8. ftenorio1 says:

  9. COliver788 says:

    I agree, Keith! You will be missed. You do tell the truth!

  10. JunkCCCP says:

    @llyynncollnn1

    From my original comment: “The democratic party is further to the right than it has been in a very long time.”

    Translation: “The democratic party has been supporting, passively or actively, more conservative policies than it has in a long time”

    Do I have to give specific examples and cite my sources too?

  11. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @JunkCCCP And your point seemed to be that my spelling sucks and you think I’m stupid…not sure what that has to do with the Democrats ?

  12. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @JunkCCCP “Right” compared to whom?

  13. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @mattpytlak As for the studies I can’t point to them directly but I did take several economics classes in college and that point was stressed. Basically if the price of item x goes up people buy less of it. Tax’s make the price of things go up so people spend less. That’s why the cost of cigarettes is so high in NYC. Bloomberg hates smoking, he can’t ban it but he wants to deter it so he adds a $4 tax to encourage people to buy less of it.

  14. JunkCCCP says:

    @llyynncollnn1

    That’s all very good. How about saying something in response to the actual POINT of my comment. The democratic party is considerably “right” at the moment. Your response?

  15. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @mattpytlak Most small businesses are owned by a single individual. All the income of said business is considered the income on the owner. Thus if a small business with 10 employees makes 600k after paying payroll, utilities, rent, insurance, advertising etc the owner pockets 75 or 80k he would still be forced to pay 3% on the 600k NOT the 75-80 he actually made. So he would likely have to let go of an employe, pay all of them less or pay 20k out of his pocket meaning he now makes 55k not 75k

  16. mattpytlak says:

    @llyynncollnn1 This wasn’t about small businesses, it was about people making $250k a year or more paying 3% more on any income over $250k. And which studies prove that “raising taxes reduces spending”?

  17. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @JunkCCCP Your free to hold whatever opinion you wish(unlike the former CCCP) (unless you mean the codec pack) It’s a sad state of the strength of the progressive message when the best that they can muster is to point out spelling errors in the other sides posts.Exposing them as small bureaucratic minds obsessed with trivial matters and filled with hate and bile for those who disagree with them.

  18. JunkCCCP says:

    @llyynncollnn1

    You’re a fool, both in the issue of spelling (I’m pretty sure Samuel Clemens wouldn’t have spelled it “internatinal” anywhere outside of dialogue in a novel, and dyslexia has nothing to do with running your text through spellcheck. Hell, Firefox does it automatically for you.) and in the issue of politics. The democratic party is further to the right than it has been in a very long time.

  19. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @wfmkk You said “crappy writing is a calling card for intellectual laziness or inferior intellect.” I just gave a few examples of people who disagree with you, I never said i was their equal.

  20. wfmkk says:

    @llyynncollnn1
    Ah, yes … comparing yourself favorably to great men … as if some of that greatest would rub off. And that’s probably as much Twain as you’ve ever read.
    LMAO
    You’re pathetic.

  21. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @wfmkk “I don’t give a damn for a man that can only spell a word one way.”- Mark Twain, “It’s a damn poor mind that can think of only one way to spell a word!”- Andrew Jackson, “Correct spelling,indeed, is one of the arts that are far more esteemed by schoolma’ams than by practical men,”- Henry Louis Mencken, “My spelling is Wobbly.It’s good spelling but it Wobbles,and the letters get in the wrong places.”- A. A. Milne I could send you more examples but I belive I have made my point.

  22. CornFedArmen says:

    you—sir—no longer have a job b/c you—sir—are so disgustingly biased that not even the kind of people who are willing to associate themselves with msnbc want to listen to your slanderous rantings. furthermore—sir—no one has forgotten that you lost your previous sports reporting career b/c you were fired for sexual harassment.

  23. wfmkk says:

    @llyynncollnn1
    Actually, crappy writing is a calling card for intellectual laziness or inferior intellect. In this case, it matches your ignorance of the Left. If you’re too narcissistic to conform to the basic standards of written communication, then I’m not interested in your stupid opinions.

  24. llyynncollnn1 says:

    @wfmkk So your going to nip pick my spelling and grammar rather than deal with the issues I raise. (typical)First I could tell you about how I am (legitimately) mildly dyslexic or I could point out that youtube is a very informal venue, but honestly I just don’t care enough to take the time checking my spelling and grammar. I figure as long as I make myself understood thats goood enough. Not to mention the fact that only petty small minded jerks who don’t have a real argument even mention it.

  25. wfmkk says:

    @llyynncollnn1
    College degrees don’t mean much anymore. Just look at the way you write.
