The driving in this game is awesome! Very smooth! It makes you actually want to drive places as opposed to quick traveling.

@MrTURBOJOHN Hm, well since I havn’t watched any playthroughs I really can’t tell, I was just judging by the trailers. Which is not smart to do, I guess.

@Handelo Nah, there isn’t nearly as much interactivity in LA Noire as there is in GTA IV, you can clearly see that handling is way less detailed, if you know what I mean, Also, the textures don’t seem to have as much detail, but I’m guessing it will be as heavy
Note that the damage system in vehicles on LA Noire is not affected by physics but by scripts
@MrTURBOJOHN Not too sure about that, Noire seems even more complex and detailed than GTA IV was. Still, it all comes down to the game engine and it’s PC optimization, which is what GTA’s PC version lacked.
I’m sure my new PC will run it, it’s just that I’m a graphics freak, so I really like cranking the settings up high. That’s why I’m rooting for a well-optimized game.
@Handelo Well, the game had good graphics, they couldn’t do much about it, When I bought it I had a crappy PC, and I still using that same PC, but I’m buying a new one soon, soon soon, at least I can play GTA IV without lag, on min settings, but I don’t care as long as there is no lag
LA Noire doesn’t seem to be very heavy, and if your new PC can run GTA IV, it will probably run LA Noire
@MrTURBOJOHN That’s true for any genre besides Hack n’ Slash and fighting games. I just hope that, since it was originally planned to be released on the PC, it won’t be a sloppy port like GTA IV was. That game’s system requirements were a disaster, I didn’t play it until upgrading my PC just this year lol.
Well, Rockstar are just the publishers in this case, and not the developers, so that gives me hope.

Well, the matter is that LA Noire will be kickass on PC, because lets face it, Sandbox games controll WAY better on PC
@MrTURBOJOHN To be honest, I agree with you. I was crushed when I heard RDR wasn’t coming to PC. But L.A. Noire seems like a sweet game.
And don’t mind about the ending, actually playing the game and having fun with it is what’s important.

@MrTURBOJOHN I’m happy to enlighten you on that issue, the game is coming out for PC this fall, it was officially announced by Rockstar. I can’t wait for it myself xD
