Everytime I hear his voice I get teary eyed. This was every since I was a child learning about this great man and what he did for our Country… This was a great man, not afraid of anything.. I really appreciate everything you did for us Dr. King. RIP… It doesn’t make since the way people are treated because the color of their skin.. I would love to say that Dr. Martin Luther King succeeded in his goal, he did in part. But there is still just as much injustice today as there was then. Only now the injustice is not pointed at a race but a class. The “lower class citizen”. Just look at that description, the words alone make anyone who falls into that group feel lesser than those above them. I’m not saying we are the same as the african americans who suffered in those days but we suffer a new pain, one that does not see race.
