dope tune x
@Levy2k9 Real Shit
In that indiana pacers reggie miller jersey he actually looks like Reggie for a minute
@jsb1cfc true man rappers nowadays don’t know the meaning of real rap there is no meaning to their songs its only about ill kick your ass and how many cars they have. But rappers like these go the distance over time even thought they don’t sell as much. Like Krs-One his top album only went gold but if you compare nas to a rapper like Plies there is actually no comparison.
18 years ago. dayumm i feel old now.
sorry but any “rapper” who won’t use the word bitch has sold out
listen to mental martial art nice
THAT’S A TRIP HOW THE BITCHES DRESS IN THE VIDEOS BACK THEN vs NOW….
he sold out for sure!! fuck em
Thumbs up if u bumping ur head.. Even tho ur dissing Jay
nar he sold out
@Adriangrosvenor haha, I totally agree about 50, I noticed his sales have plummeted in recent years. I love Nas also, his lyrics are sublime, thoughtful and intelligent. Intelligence is something that seems to escape most rappers nowadays, its like these newer artists are dumbening it down, shame because guys like Pac and Nas raised the bar in my opinion, rappers just seem to be lowering it nowadays, they seem to care more about the beat than lyrics.
@jsb1cfc Yep same here, I bump that Old School, stay with Nas and Jay, and few other artist of today. But only consistent ones. When everyone was yelling G Unit I was saying that 50 will fall off fast. Because no one want’s to hear about beefs every damn day. Even though Ja rule was no real G, he still mixed up his style. 50 right now is hurting and the whole G Unit is trash. I have found any new artist who brings in a breath of fresh air.
@Adriangrosvenor Yeah thats true, artists today are of poorer quality than those of yesteryear. Its sad though because I always resort back to Pac, Nas and Biggie albums just to hear decent rap, its way too comercialised now
@jsb1cfc They mixed it up, listen to those early albums, Check all Jay albums they remain the same way, a party song here, some gangster, some real shit, some developments. Then go listen to todays artist Like Jeezy and you find no diversity. That is why ppl say when Jay and Nas and the old School rappers stop rapping the art of rapping is over. Corny artist want to make a whole album about Partying, or gangster and it aint even real. I don’t buy rap albums no more, I rather buy one song .
@jsb1cfc Biggie did songs like this Back then also, including Tupac, Nas and those guys, Rap was transitioning into the period of Tupac, Nas style. Listen to Party and Bullshit by Biggie, and some of Pac early records. Jay also have songs the same exact way like Nas from that period to. But unlike today bullshit artist, you have to had bring a complete album showing diversity. You did not hear Big, Pac, Nas, Rakeem, Jay and the rest rapping a whole bunch of gangster songs on one album
@Adriangrosvenor yeah but compare that song to some of Biggie’s, Naughty’s, Pac’s and Dre’s from the same time period, even Nas’ songs, they were a cut above this don’t you think?
@jsb1cfc This is the way they were doing it back then, rap changed as time progressed.
This is the real jay the 90s when this nigga was making gully tracks
that’s why jayz is first on mtv classment
This was back when that IGGITY GIGGITY flow was out. Wonder when DAS EFX gonna pop in to spit a verse?!!!
WTF HAPPENED TO THIS KIND OF HIP HOP ?! ):
rubbish song man, didn’t realise Jay was crap back then
